The Eaton/Magnuson TVS supercharger is the newest and best performing design available anywhere today! It features two highly twisted (160 degree) four-lobe rotors, spinning in parallel, that simulate two vortices of air rushing into the engines intake system. The TVS 1900 Intercooled Tuner Supercharger Kit Includes The Following:

STANDARD State-of-the-Art and extremely efficient Magnuson TVS 1900 Positive Displacement Supercharger with self contained synthetic lubrication. Capable to 750 RWHP! Standard black finish.
  • STANDARD INDEPENDENT 8 Rib Supercharger Drive System with separate Crank Pulley allowing capability to run larger Crank Pulleys up to 11" diameters for More Boost.
  • STANDARD items that come in our Tuner kit:
            High flow cold air intake tube between the MAFS and T-Body
            Huge oval throttle body (63mm X 130mm)
            Heavy duty air-to-water intercooler system with massive 3"x7.25"x27" front mounted heat exchanger
  • Aerodynamically designed "Big Dog" intake plenum (which is substantially larger than our standard plenum included with the MP112 kits) and lower intake manifold for max power. We make more power per pound boost then any supercharger kit on the market.
  • Aluminum lower intake manifold with remote coolant thermostat housing for cool running.
  • All hardware, brackets, hoses, and installation instructions for quick installation.
  • The standard items above provide maximum safe allowable stock engine power requiring only optional larger crank pulleys and a built engine with supporting chassis mods for power to 750 RWHP.
  • Installation is straightforward and can easily be completed by any DIY enthusiast with basic hand tools in a weekend or less. Our detailed Installation Instructions are shown on the left side of the main page.
  • Larger crank pulleys or smaller supercharger nose pulleys are available to raise boost levels to 28 psi.

Note: Our kit design includes a separate belt drive for the supercharger so we move the blower forward to clear the accessory belt.   This give numerous benefits but one drawback...the hood does not clear the nose of the supercharger  Virtually any aftermarket hood with a 1" or more raise will clear our kit.   This includes the factory '03/04 Cobra hood, Cobra R type hoods, or equivalent design will also provide proper clearance

The blower is run using an independent drive and has its own belt rather then using the stock accessory belt. Removing 3 bolts on the lower pulley and installing a larger pulley can easily change boost levels. The supercharger nose pulley can also be easily changed. We designed the kit to cover all the bases from 400 RWHP on a stock engine to a highly modified one. This is the ultimate kit for those looking to improve their power output as their budget allows. With an upgraded fuel system, a lower pulley change, a new tune, long tube headers, large diameter dual exhaust, and built engine with performance heads you do not need to purchase anything else to make over 700 HP. Other manufacturers are known for offering mandatory "accessories" but we decided to package our kit so it is capable of huge power with minimal changes.
