1999 to 2004 Mustang GT owners have had "Supercharger Envy" ever since Ford put a blower on to the Terminator Cobra for the 2003/04 model years. How to install this blower on to your GT has been a hot topic of discussion on Internet bulletin boards for years with no one really EVER offering a good solution until now. YOUR WAIT IS OVER! This kit with a factory '03/04 Cobra supercharger can safely make 380-400 RWHP on a stock Mustang GT. We do have Terminator kit customers making approximately 530 RWHP with ported blowers and built engines. It is possible to put other manufacturers superchargers that are designed to go on Cobras on to our kit for even higher power levels. We know of several Terminator kit customers with Whipple superchargers making way over 600 RWHP! This kit is also fully compatible with our TVS 1900 and 2300 superchargers too for high power applications!

The Intercooled Terminator GT Kit Includes The Following:
- Aluminum lower intake manifold with remote coolant thermostat housing.
- High capacity intercooler resides inside the lower manifold directly below the customer provided '03/04 Cobra Supercharger.
- Front engine cross brace assembly that provides a independent 8-rib supercharger drive assembly with all belt tensioners and idlers.
- 7" lower piggy back style crank pulley that attaches to the factory pulley dampener to complete the separate 8-rib drive belt assembly.
- Installation is straight-forward and can be completed by any DIY enthusiast with basic hand tools. Our online Installation Instructions are shown on the left side of the main page.

The best way (and least expensive way) to procure these items is to shop for good used Cobra Take-Off parts. These will be 25-50% the price of new items. Ebay and "RacingJunk.com" are great resources and also try some of the Craigslist search optimization websites that allow you to search nationwide easily such as "SearchTempest.com". Enter Keywords to search for the items you need.
- Terminator Supercharger (or equivalent, or TVS 1900 or 2300) with inlet plenum, pulley, factory lower supercharger gasket , and appropriate length belt to fit what ever upper pulley you choose.
- Larger fuel injectors to support what ever HP/TQ level you achieve. We expect most who use this kit will easily achieve 350 to 400 HP, depending upon boost level so TTI suggests at least 42# injectors.
- Upgraded in-tank fuel pump.
- Air to water heat exchanger.
- Fluid pump to transfer coolant between the intercooler core and the heat exchanger.
- Fluid reservoir to allow for a place to add coolant and check fluid level.
- Coolant lines, hose clamps, engine belts, etc. are not included since we do not know what you plan to use for a heat exchanger, or where you will be mounting it.
- Complete intake assembly with a Cobra throttle body, intake tube, MAFS, and filter.
- Custom computer tune, threaded type ACT sensor, and Terminator throttle cable.

The cast aluminum lower manifold is shown here with our adapter plate that allows the mounting of the factory Terminator Eaton supercharger (or any aftermarket replacement).
The intercooler inlet & outlet tubes are shown here on the Tork Tech lower manifold just like those on the Cobra manifold.
NOTE: THIS KIT IS SOLD WITHOUT A TERMINATOR SUPERCHARGER! The customer is responsible for sourcing several components needed to complete this kit in addition to providing their own supercharger. These are available at online auction sites, swap meets and other sources. Our kit includes the same cast aluminum lower manifold and intercooler core as the rest of our intercooled kits. The intercooler coolant lines come out the front of the Tork Tech manifold to work with the Cobra supercharger.
Your Terminator supercharger is bolted on top of the Tork Tech lower manifold. See our online instructions for more details. We also include our complete 8-rib secondary belt drive assembly with a separate crank pulley to drive the supercharger. This is required since a stock Terminator blower will stick out too far to be driven with the accessory belt. Using a separate belt solves many problems with this swap and adds flexibility and boost options. Belt slippage is not an issue and we will offer a variety of different size nose pulleys and crank pulleys so you can choose what boost level your engine can handle. We include all hardware needed to attach the supercharger to the lower manifold, our new thermostat housing and all tubes/hoses needed to attach it, and everything to attach the separate belt drive assembly to the front cover.
Note: Our kit design includes a separate belt drive for the supercharger so we move the blower forward to clear the accessory belt. This gives numerous benefits but one drawback...the hood does not clear the nose of the supercharger Virtually any aftermarket hood with a 1" or more raise will clear our kit. This includes the factory '03/04 Cobra hood, Cobra R type hoods, or equivalent design will also provide proper clearance
